What is the aim of Expo 2020 in Dubai?
Expo 2020 seeks to raise awareness about the worldwide issues that mankind faces. It is the world's largest gathering place and provides several possibilities for networking and the promotion of international connections.
When will Expo 2020 in Dubai take place?
Expo 2020 will take place from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022, and will last six months. It will be open seven days a week, from 10:00 a.m. to 0:00 a.m. on Saturdays through Wednesdays, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays.
Is it necessary for me to print my e-ticket(s) or may I keep them on my phone?
You can either print or show your ticket on your phone. All we ask is that you use your mobile phone or the Expo app to zoom in on the QR code on your e-ticket.
Is it possible to re-enter Expo on the same day if I leave?
1 Day Ticket is single entry only. The Multi-day pass will allow for multiple entries. View Terms and Conditions for Expo 2020 Dubai
How long are my tickets effective for?
From October 1, 2021, until March 31, 2022, all Expo 2020 Dubai tickets can be utilised to visit the site. 1-Day Tickets, on the other hand, are only good for one use; Multi-Day Passes are good for unlimited admissions for 30 days from the first day of usage, between October 1, 2021, and March 31, 2022; and Season Passes are good for the whole event.
My ticket was not purchased through the Expo 2020 website. What's the best way to connect it to my Expo account?
To begin, you must either log in or establish an Expo account. Then, on the ‘Manage orders' tab of your profile, input your ticket number. Simply click 'Add new ticket,' and your ticket will be connected.
