In this session, we learn how executives make high-impact decisions with incomplete information, manage risk and cognitive bias, lead organizational change, and build high-performance teams. We apply structured decision models, Kotter and ADKAR change frameworks, executive governance, coaching, succession planning, and AI-enabled leadership principles. The session prepares trainees to lead transformation while maintaining trust, accountability, employee engagement, and commercial performance.
