Visa Fundamentals
A customer asks, “Do I need a visa for this trip?” Before answering, a travel agent needs to establish the traveler's nationality, destination, purpose of travel, length of stay, and complete itinerary. A wrong assumption can lead to denied boarding, unexpected costs, or disruption to the customer’s plans.
This course teaches agents how to handle the first stage of a visa enquiry, identify the relevant entry permission, check official requirements, and communicate accurate information to customers. It uses practical scenarios and checklists that agents can apply to real bookings.
