When is the best time to visit Hong Kong?

Although a year-round destination, visitors may want to consider the weather during the month of visit. From September to February, the country experiences a mild climate, whereas May to September can be hot and humid. August is the wettest month.
Can I get a local mobile phone number during my visit?

Prepaid calling card and mobile SIMs are available at all major convenience stores, as well as at the airport. One can also buy Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card at the airports, upon arrivalFree WiFi services are available at the airport, all MTR stations and many cafes. Most malls will also have a limited period free WiFi Access. WiFi at the hotel, are specific to your tariff and hotel policies.
Can I visit Hong Kong and Macau on the same visa?

Hong Kong and Macau are both Special Administrative Regions of China. They both exercise separate immigration procedures. Hence, you would need to obtain an independent visa for Macau.
What about the currency in Hong Kong and Macau?

Both regions have different currencies. Hong Kong's currency is HKD (Hong Kong Dollars), and Macau's currency is MOP (Macanese Pataca). Although MOP is slightly cheaper than HKD, HKD is widely accepted in Macau at the rate of 1HKD = 1MOP. We also recommend the use of Travel Cards/ Forex Cards. Additionally, credit cards are widely accepted in both regions.
Will I face any Language Issues

Majority of the population speaks Cantonese. Other Chinese dialects and Mandarin is also spoken. Being a WORLD CITY, English is the preferred language for trades and official purposes. The signboards across the country are in Cantonese and English, both.
