The Lonely Castle: One ruin stands out among the dozens of ruins located in Mada'in Saleh's archaeological playground. Qasr al-Farid, or "The Lonely Castle," is a beautiful ancient edifice carved into a large boulder that equals the magnificence of any carved monument in the world.

The towering facade, which was built in the first century CE, was never completed. The magnificent sculpture is really a mausoleum that was erected as part of the ancient Nabatean site of Hegra, thus the designation of the location as a "castle" is incorrect. The Nabateans used an unusual building method in which their tombs were carved out of the rock from the top down. As is the case with Qasr al-Farid, the artistry and quality of work gradually decrease closer to the base of the building, despite the fact that the monument appears to have never been completed.

Al Ula: AlUla, Saudi Arabia's most memorable UNESCO World Heritage Site, is probably the most established city in the Arabian Peninsula and is home to Hegra, the World's Masterpiece.

This land is wealthy in authentic, topographical, and geological importance. This old city, once at the intersection of the Silk Road and the Incense Route, has as of late been re-discovered by the world.

Mount Horeb: Mount Horeb is one of two names for a mountain described in the Hebrew Bible's book of Deuteronomy as the location where God gave Moses the Ten Commandments. Horeb, also known as the Mountain of Yhvh, is mentioned in Exodus as the Mountain of G-d.

Despite the lack of exact Biblical information on the site's geographic location, some have claimed that this mountain in Saudi Arabia fits the biblical description. At the foot of the mountain, there is an altar. Moses was given the task of placing caution flags around the base. Nearby is the water-gushing rock.

Visitors are welcome to approach the site, but the entire mountain is surrounded by a barbed-wire fence and is patrolled by armed Saudi guards, so coming too close is prohibited. The region is said to be strewn with manna grinding stones, as well as Egyptian and Hebrew engravings on the rocks.

Marble Village of Dhee Ayn: As one reaches the town, Dhee Ayn, or, as it is also known, Aqabat Al-Baha, is visible for many kilometres. The white glow that surrounds the area makes it easy to find, even from afar. The village's homes are built of flakes of stone and slate rather than marble. Instead, the town was dubbed "Marble Village" after the rocky outcropping on which it is built.

The outcrop is a dazzling rocky hill of white marble that contrasts sharply with the greyish black slates used to build the homes. The dark mountains behind the outcrop and the green fields in front add to the gleaming marble that serves as the village's foundation.

Even the road leading to the hamlet is beautiful, with numerous old stone and slate turrets dotted along the way. The area of 1001 towers in Al-Bahah Province were previously erected to guard communities, highways, and plantations from competing tribes. Today, several of these structures have been abandoned and are partially or totally demolished.

The 400-year-old town was apparently abandoned 30 to 40 years ago, giving it an even more eerie atmosphere. Many of the structures are decrepit and in terrible conditions of deterioration, so visitors should use considerable caution when roaming around. Under the weight of natural forces and 400 years, some of the weaker structures have already fallen.

Eve’s Tomb: A tiny plaque reads "Our Mother Eve" on the gates of one of the oldest cemeteries in the Al Balad district of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. There's a tomb within that many people think is the resting place of Eve, as in Adam and Eve.

The tomb was once 120 metres long, three metres broad, and six metres high, but it began to degrade decades ago owing to negligence, as some think that paying too much attention to a gravesite can lead to idolatry. Eve's remains, however, is said to have wound up in Jeddah, where she may have resided, and was buried there.

Many famous travel memoirs from the late 19th and early 20th centuries mention the tomb, and it continues to attract enthusiasts.

Al Wahabah Crater: The Al Wahabah Crater, a natural oddity in the middle of an otherwise flat, desolate desert, is a natural wonder in and of itself, but it also hides its own salt field in its bowl.

The massive crater was formerly assumed to have been formed by an old meteor strike, however, it was discovered to have formed due to volcanic activity. The crater is supposed to have formed after a large subsurface steam explosion occurred when a lava flow collided with a subterranean water supply. The ensuing explosion would have thrown massive amounts of earth into the air, producing the crater we see today. It is a massive pockmark on the planet, measuring 1.2 miles wide and nearly 800 feet deep.

Tuwaiq Palace: Walking around Tuwaiq Palace, previously the Diplomatic Club, will provide you with breathtaking views of Riyadh. The vistas from the outside aren't the only reason to come here. It's home to the Heart Tent, a magnificent stained-glass building that resembles a huge tent.

Za’abal Castle: Za'abal Castle is a mud and stone building that sits on top of a mountain in Saudi Arabia's northwest region (or Zaabal Fort, Zaabal Palace). But it's more than a castle; it's built on top of a centuries-old well system that runs across Sakakah.

The existing construction, which consists of a wall with four watchtowers and a water reservoir, is said to have been constructed some 200 years ago. Archaeological evidence, on the other hand, suggests that multiple structures existed at this location as early as the first century AD.Its location at the highest point in the neighbourhood provides it with a magnificent view of the city, but it also serves another purpose.

The fort's courtyard is also built to collect rainwater, which is subsequently channelled into a good system beneath the city. The wells are closed to the public for safety reasons.

Half Moon Beach: Relax on the white sands of Half Moon Beach, a famous leisure location on the Persian Gulf coast with a beautiful crescent-shaped beach that runs for kilometres. Swim in the gulf, sunbathe on the wide sandy beach or ride a beach buggy among the sand dunes.

Al Fanateer Beach: With its expanse of white sand, lush lawns shaded by palm trees, paved walking pathways, and children's playground, Al Fanateer Beach is regarded as one of Saudi Arabia's greatest public beaches. Enjoy views from the water when strolling on the beach, riding a bike along the route, or boarding a sailboat. It's worth noting that one side of the beach is designated for families, while the other is designated for singles. There are straw umbrellas and baths available, and a neighbouring mall offers shopping and food options.
