Windstar Cruises is introducing Basil + Bamboo, a new complimentary specialty restaurant debuting on Star Seeker in December 2025. Replacing Cuadro 44 fleetwide, this intimate dining venue blends Mediterranean and Asian flavors, offering dishes like miso black cod, Jamón ibérico, tuna tartare, and citrus olive oil cake. As the Official Cruise Line of the James Beard Foundation, Windstar continues to elevate its culinary experiences. Star Seeker will sail to Alaska, the Caribbean, and Japan in 2026.
