Andaman and Nicobar Islands have introduced four new scuba-diving locations to strengthen India’s marine adventure tourism sector. The new sites feature coral reefs, diverse marine life, improved underwater visibility, and experiences for beginner and advanced divers. Authorities are also promoting sustainable diving practices and management systems to protect fragile ecosystems while supporting local tourism businesses, employment opportunities and stays regionally.
