Bharti Real Estate, part of Bharti Enterprises, is in talks with Universal Studios to launch its first theme park in India. The indoor park will be part of a 3-million-sq-ft mall near Delhi Airport, with 300,000 sq ft allocated for the amusement park. The facility is expected to open by mid-2027. Bharti Real Estate is also developing a 17 million sq ft project in Delhi Aerocity.
