India is preparing to launch the Bengaluru–Mumbai Superfast Train by June, aiming to reduce travel time between the two cities from nearly 20 hours to around 14 to 16 hours. The Vande Bharat Sleeper service will feature air-conditioned coaches, ergonomic sleeping berths and advanced suspension systems while improving connectivity across central Karnataka through cities including Hubballi, Dharwad and Belagavi.
