Brazilian tourism in Switzerland saw record growth in 2024, with overnight stays rising 21.2%, a 40% increase from pre-pandemic levels. Zurich, Geneva, and Lucerne remain top destinations, while Bern (+37.7%) and Interlaken (+39.3%) had the highest growth. Switzerland Tourism credits the appeal of mountain villages and sports infrastructure for attracting Brazilians. Globally, Switzerland saw a 2.6% rise in overnight stays, led by U.S. travelers (+13.9%), while visits from the UK and Gulf countries declined. Autumn tourism promotions are expanding
