Srinagar has kicked off its 2026 tulip season with record-breaking tourist footfall as Asia’s largest tulip garden opened, attracting over 20,000 visitors on the first day. With around 1.8 million tulips across 70+ varieties, the festival is boosting Kashmir’s tourism economy, supported by improved infrastructure, online ticketing, and cultural experiences that enhance visitor engagement.
