Southern Railway has extended the Thiruvananthapuram Central-Tambaram special train service until October 28 following strong passenger demand. The additional service provides more travel options between Kerala and Tamil Nadu during the festive period. It supports tourists, families, students and other passengers while improving availability on a busy regional corridor connecting southern Kerala with major Tamil Nadu destinations.
