Saudi Arabia’s Soudah Peaks Mountain resort in Asir is advancing steadily, with Phase 1-including nine hotels (940 rooms), ski and adventure facilities, 391 residential units, and 32,000 m² of retail space-scheduled for delivery by 2026. The PIF‑owned Soudah Development Company has appointed AECOM as lead design consultant, while project management is overseen by Parsons. With construction tenders underway, the project balances high‑altitude luxury and sustainability.
