Singapore Airlines and All Nippon Airways have received interim authorization from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to expand their joint venture into Australia. This approval allows the Star Alliance carriers to share revenue on flights between Australia and Japan, and coordinate pricing, schedules, capacity, marketing, and operations. The agreement also covers cooperation in India, Indonesia, and Malaysia, along with select Asian and African markets.
