Sayaji Hotel Vadodara has launched ‘Highway Dhaba Fiesta’ at Kebabsville, bringing authentic Punjabi flavours and dhaba-style experiences to the city. Running from 15 to 24 May, the festival features signature dishes, live barbeque counters, Punjabi music and interactive dining experiences in a rooftop setting. The event aims to recreate Punjab’s vibrant roadside food culture with a modern hospitality experience for families and food lovers.
