Saudi Arabia ranked third globally for international tourist arrivals in 2024, achieving over 61% growth in the first eight to nine months compared to 2019, according to UN Tourism. This success underscores the Ministry of Tourism’s efforts, alongside industry stakeholders, in advancing Saudi Vision 2030. The Kingdom’s diverse offerings and rising traveller confidence have strengthened its reputation as a global tourist hub. In 2023, Saudi advanced 15 spots since 2019 to rank 12th in global inbound tourist spending, marking the largest jump among the top 50 countries.
