Ladakh welcomed more than 3.3 lakh tourists during the first seven months of 2026, bringing visitor numbers close to the region’s total for 2025. The strong performance highlights continued demand for mountain, adventure and experiential travel in India. Rising arrivals could encourage further tourism investment while creating more opportunities for travellers to explore Ladakh’s landscapes, culture and high-altitude destinations.
