Supported by the Regional Tourism Investment Fund, the project will raise annual visitor numbers from 55,000 to 75,000, create 120 construction jobs, and add 15 ongoing roles. The upgrade also enhances conference capacity, boosts local tourism businesses, and prioritises sustainability with new infrastructure, reinforcing Gippsland as a premier coastal destination.
