Port Everglades new mural Ernesto Maranje has unveiled Plumage Passage, a striking 12-storey artwork painted on the Harbormaster Tower in Fort Lauderdale. Created by the Miami-based Cuban-American artist, the mural features native birds like the great blue heron and roseate spoonbill. Part of the port’s growing public art program, the installation enriches the arrival experience for millions of cruise passengers while celebrating local nature and culture.
