Oceania’s new 2027 ship will debut two signature dining venues: an 18-guest fine-dining restaurant partnering with a renowned French culinary institution, and a Nikkei cuisine venue offering reservation-free evening dining. The ship will also feature ten established restaurants, expanded suite options, and capacity for 1,390 guests. With curated menus, tasting events, and diverse global flavors, the vessel aims to elevate long-voyage culinary experiences and strengthen Oceania’s focus on refined, destination-inspired travel.
