The National Capital Region Planning Board is set to review the draft Regional Plan 2041, which proposes reducing travel time between Delhi and major NCR cities to around 30 minutes. The vision includes high-speed rail links, heli-taxi services, and up to eight new greenfield townships designed to support future population growth. The plan aims to create better connectivity, balanced urban development, and modern infrastructure across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
