Neemrana Hotels will convert Baruasagar Fort in Jhansi and the 15th-century Raja Rani Mahal in Chanderi into boutique heritage hotels by 2027–28. The restored properties will offer immersive stays with cultural touches, local cuisine, and artisan experiences. Partnering with state governments, Neemrana continues its mission to revive India’s architectural heritage while creating sustainable tourism models that support local communities and bring forgotten stories back to life.
