A new 600-passenger luxury cruise has been launched on the Narmada River at Ekta Nagar near Gujarat’s Statue of Unity. The 30-metre vessel includes dining capacity for 250 people and a five-by-four-metre performance stage. Designed for sightseeing, social celebrations, corporate gatherings, cultural programmes and private events, the cruise will begin commercial operations after required approvals. The larger vessel expands tourism offerings and visitor capacity at one of India’s major attractions significantly.
