The proposed Mumbai–Pune–Hyderabad Bullet Train Corridor has reached a major milestone with the completion of its Detailed Project Report (DPR). Spanning approximately 671 km, the high-speed rail project could reduce travel time between Mumbai and Hyderabad from 12–15 hours to around 3–3.5 hours. The proposed route includes key cities across Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Telangana, marking another step forward in India’s expanding high-speed rail network.
