Marriott International has launched Project Prarambh with The Job Plus and Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council to create hospitality career opportunities for young people from vulnerable communities across India. The programme will provide industry training, workplace exposure and mentorship to 500 people aged 18 to 30 over the next two to three years, supporting formal employment and strengthening India’s hospitality talent pipeline.
