With 124 studio-style rooms, the hotel offers full kitchens, communal spaces, and nightly rates starting at $100. Backed by Concord Hospitality and Whitman Peterson, Marriott plans over 40 Studio Res openings across the U.S. and Canada by 2027. Studio Res also joins the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, enhancing value for extended stay guests.
