Luis Monreal has been appointed Director of Sales for the Middle East at Lufthansa Group Airlines, starting April 1. Based in Dubai, he will oversee sales activities across 16 countries in the region, including the Gulf, Turkey, Levant, Iraq, Iran, and Pakistan. Monreal, with extensive airline management experience, will focus on expanding Lufthansa Group’s presence and sustainability efforts while coordinating with ITA Airways. He succeeds Serkan Guerguen.
