Uttar Pradesh is set to transform regional connectivity with the new Lucknow–Kanpur Expressway, reducing travel time between the two cities from nearly two hours to just 35–40 minutes. The six-lane NE-6 corridor features smart traffic monitoring, major bridges, flyovers and digital toll systems designed for safer and faster travel. Experts believe the project will strengthen tourism, logistics, commerce and urban development across the state.
