Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is set to debut Leola, a sophisticated Italian restaurant led by celebrity chef Scott Conant. Opening this fall, Leola blends classic recipes with modern flair in a glamorous 1920s-inspired setting. With handcrafted dishes, Barolo wines, and upscale yet inviting interiors, it marks a major addition to Baha Mar’s elite dining lineup. The launch coincides with Conant’s role at the 2025 Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival.
