A new chapter in coastal travel has begun with the launch of the Madgaon–Karwar Express, designed to improve connectivity between Goa and Karnataka. By providing a faster and more convenient travel option, the service is expected to increase visitor movement to beach destinations, heritage sites, and pilgrimage hubs while supporting tourism, trade, and regional development along the Konkan coast.
