Jammu and Kashmir plans to develop Jammu as a year-round tourism destination, expanding pilgrimage, heritage, adventure, eco, wellness and leisure tourism. New attractions and infrastructure are planned across destinations including Mansar, Shiv Khori, Patnitop and Bhaderwah. The government says five pilgrimage circuits are under development, with 29 works currently underway.
