IndiGo, in collaboration with IATA and Digi Yatra, has successfully conducted contactless international travel trials at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport. The initiative uses biometric technology to enable seamless passenger movement across check-in, security and boarding without physical documents. The trials mark a key step towards faster, more efficient airport journeys while positioning India at the forefront of digital aviation innovation.
