IndiGo is making bold moves in the long-haul market with plans to expand into Europe. The airline has applied for daily slots at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport (AMS) from Mumbai (BOM) and Delhi (DEL) for the summer schedule. To support this growth, IndiGo will receive Airbus A321XLR aircraft later this year and Airbus A350s starting in 2027, allowing it to operate longer routes efficiently.
