India’s first bullet train project between Ahmedabad and Mumbai takes a major leap forward with Siemens and partners awarded the contract for advanced signalling and telecom systems. The European Train Control System (ETCS) Level 2 will be deployed to ensure high-speed safety and efficiency. Despite past delays, the project continues progressing, promising faster, greener travel and stronger economic connectivity, led by the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL).
