India is integrating 44 airports into a new Hub and Spoke aviation network to simplify international travel from smaller cities. The model will enable passengers to complete baggage handling and immigration formalities at their departure airport before connecting through major hubs such as Delhi. The initiative aims to improve travel convenience, strengthen regional connectivity and position India as a leading global aviation hub.
