Indian Railways has identified 11 trains with journeys exceeding 40 hours for enhanced cleanliness and maintenance monitoring. The initiative covers services including Vivek Express, Avadh Assam Express, Amrapali Express and Jhelum Express. Railway zones will monitor coach cleanliness, toilets, waste disposal and minor repairs throughout journeys. Garbage collection will be checked every two hours, while time-stamped photographs will help track conditions and improve passenger experience.
