Saudi Arabia and France have signed an agreement for around $7 billion in investment to develop three theme parks near Cergy-Pontoise, about 30 kilometres northwest of Paris. One park is expected to have a manga theme, while details of the other attractions are yet to be announced. The project could create a major new leisure destination near Paris and add another reason for families to extend European holidays.
