Accor has signed Fairmont Rishikesh, Himalayas, a 220-key luxury resort planned for the Shivpuri Range in Uttarakhand. Scheduled to open in 2031, the 16-acre property will feature four dining venues, a spa, pool, kids’ club and 3,000 square metres of event space. The project adds a major luxury stay option to Rishikesh’s growing wellness and experiential tourism market and luxury hospitality demand.
