India is stepping up efforts to bring home citizens stranded in flood-hit Nepal. The first 21 Indian tourists rescued from affected areas have reached Delhi safely via an IndiGo flight. Another 96 Indians evacuated from China have crossed into Nepal, while around 400 remain safe in China as evacuation plans are finalized. Nearly 320 Indians remain uncontactable. India has also sent relief supplies, rescue teams and medical aid to support Nepal’s flood response.
