IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Circle View Estate Private Ltd to develop voco Udaipur, a 140-key hotel scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029. This expansion strengthens IHG’s premium portfolio in India and establishes the voco brand in Udaipur, a significant leisure, wedding, and events destination. The hotel will feature 140 guestrooms, dining, meeting facilities, a pool, fitness center, and spa, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
