IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement for a 92-key voco Resort Kanatal in Uttarakhand, scheduled to open in 2030. Located on the Chamba-Mussoorie route, the resort will focus on mountain leisure, wellness and nature-based stays. Facilities will include three dining options, event spaces, a pool, spa, fitness centre and children’s play area, expanding premium accommodation in the region.
