Etihad Rail has launched its introductory passenger service between Abu Dhabi and Fujairah, marking a major step in the UAE’s transport and tourism development. The 105-minute journey is expected to strengthen domestic tourism, improve connectivity between the emirates and support economic growth. Once fully operational, the rail network is projected to serve around 10 million passengers annually, offering a faster and more sustainable travel option.
