Egypt has launched a new luxury sleeper train as part of its strategy to expand high-end tourism and promote sustainable travel. Operated in partnership with Italian firm Arsenale S.p.A., the train will offer hotel-style services and curated cultural journeys across key heritage sites. Alongside this, Egypt has extended its emergency-entry visa for travelers to Luxor and Aswan until 2027, making premium travel more accessible while encouraging longer stays and higher visitor spending.
