Dubai South has announced the VIP Terminal Boulevard, a 769-meter luxury aviation and business district within the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub. Featuring 16 premium buildings, the development will cater to private aviation firms and global luxury brands. The flagship project, Aviation One, is already under construction and set to open in 2026. Blending aviation services with upscale retail, the boulevard strengthens Dubai’s global leadership in aviation and exclusive travel experiences.
