China’s Civil Aviation Administration has launched its 2026–2030 five-year plan, targeting world-class standards in aviation safety, service capacity and infrastructure by 2030. The strategy prioritizes smart, green and integrated development, with safety at its core. It also aims to strengthen cargo capabilities, expand global connectivity and support regional economic growth. In the first half of 2026, China’s aviation transport turnover increased by 6.4%.
