Cambodia and the United States have signed their first-ever Open Skies Agreement, marking a major milestone in aviation cooperation. The pact fully liberalises air services between the two countries, encouraging greater airline competition, improved connectivity, and more flexible flight operations. The agreement is expected to lower travel costs, strengthen bilateral trade, and create new opportunities for tourism and international air travel.
