BMRCL has finalised new infrastructure plans for Bengaluru’s upcoming Orange Line, focusing on easing congestion along the Outer Ring Road and Magadi Road. The revised plan includes around 10 km of double-decker structures, road flyovers and an underpass at Goraguntepalya. The 45-km Orange Line will connect Kempapura with JP Nagar IV Phase and Hosahalli with Kadabagere. Fresh tenders are expected soon, with construction likely to begin next year.
