Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a long-term agreement to develop Aurika Varanasi, a luxury heritage hotel under its premium Aurika brand. The property will restore a historic structure into a high-end hotel with around 47 rooms. The project aims to meet rising demand for upscale accommodation in Varanasi, catering to spiritual, cultural, and destination-led travellers seeking comfort alongside authentic heritage experiences.
