Ama Waterways has appointed Catherine Powell as its new CEO, effective July 2025. Currently serving as President, Powell brings leadership experience from Disney and Airbnb. She succeeds co-founder Rudi Schreiner, who will become Chairman. As the river cruise industry evolves, Powell aims to lead Ama Waterways through its next phase of growth.
