Air Vanuatu is preparing to restore domestic services to Aniwa Island and Dillon’s Bay by the end of 2026, while flights to Ipota could resume as early as September. The airline plans to operate each route weekly using its DHC-6-300 aircraft, with potential frequency increases based on demand. Services will resume only after ground handling, safety procedures and other operational requirements are fully prepared.
